aligned. My work is centered on transforming ideas into action, strengthening organizations,
and creating systems that move people and purpose forward.

MY JOURNEY
My passion for planning began at just 13 years old when I was asked to organize our family's 15-passenger van for a road trip. What started as a simple challenge quickly became a lifelong passion for creating order, solving problems, and helping others bring their ideas to life.
Today, with more than 25 years of professional experience, a Master's degree in Project Management, certification in Quality Improvement, and experience serving schools, churches, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations, I help clients transform vision into impact through strategic planning, leadership development, consulting, speaking, and purposeful execution.
